About Startup Mahakumbh

Following the phenomenal success of its inaugural edition, graced by Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Startup Mahakumbh returns in a bigger, bolder, and more impactful avatar! Scheduled from April 3–5, 2025, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, this landmark event is set to shape the future of India’s startup ecosystem under the theme, ‘Startup India @ 2047: Unfolding the Bharat Story.’

The event is spearheaded by India’s foremost Startup Ecosystem Leaders and led by FICCI in collaboration with ASSOCHAM, IVCA, nasscom, Bootstrap Foundation, and other key industry stakeholders, with support from the National Startup Advisory Council (NSAC), DPIIT, and Startup India. The curated program will showcase sectoral pavilions focused on AI, Deeptech & Cybersecurity, HealthTech & BioTech, AgriTech, Energy & Climate Tech, Incubators & Accelerators, D2C, FinTech, Gaming & Sports, B2B & Precision Manufacturing, Defence & Space Tech and Mobility. Each pavilion will host sector-based exhibitions, conference sessions, master classes, pitching opportunities, roundtables, etc., to facilitate global exposure and opportunities for startups.

This year’s theme will focus on the journey and vision of India's startup ecosystem over the next two decades, aiming to shape a self-reliant and innovative and Viksit Bharat by 2047. It will highlight the evolving policies, people, and partnerships that will drive the country's transformation into a global leader in innovation and entrepreneurship.
